Tikona broadband has a very good technical team. Their customer care representative have had perfect training to handle any kind of situations. I had some issue with the CP and wasn’t able to figure out why my internet wasn’t working. I called their customer care was guided very patiently and politely. The problem was resolved systematically.
Its really great to see Tikona take their customer so seriously.
