Guys Tikona provides the poorest broadband in comparison to other broadband companies. The performance of ISP is soo much poor that it provide you the slow speed even at 4MBPS speed and one time in a day it does not work at all.
And if we want to complain about this then the customer care executive even in senior department says sorry and they will say that they will sort out this problem but they cannot. And if you are thinking of buying this Tikona internet connection then guys do not purchase it as if you will buy then you have to suffer from the frustration because of this poor device of the poor company.
Customer care does not support you, the Internet can be interrupted at any time and after that, if you want to remove this device and call the Tikona care then they do not remove this device the only thing they usually do is say sorry and making their customer fool. So guys do not buy any internet device from Tikona company.
