I had used this connection for 6 months and then I had to get it changed. The main problem is, the service gets interrupted again and again you cannot get continuous connection of internet. There is some problem going on in the network, so its not at all reliable. Speed is another issue you don’t get the speed what they have assured there is fluctuations in the speed, so it gets varying speed and there is one more problem in there modem that you can make limited connection to it.
Their service support team has fair response to service and they do solve queries within quick time, but the main problem is there is a continuous problem going on in the network whether due to rains or something and you have to call them again to solve your queries. Its not very trusted, you should think twice before opting for it.
