Work like Indian Goverment

I got the connection on 1st Aug 2011 and in fifteen days I had call almost 10 times to tikona customer care.

First I faced the problem for sudden slow speed, for that I got resolution in threedays .

I am facing slow speed and frequent disconnection problem and I am calling since 3days, tikona customer care

every time customer care executive taking the appointment for technical executive and NO BODY is calling from Tikona .
