I am using tikona connection using for 1 year since there is no other connection available in my area, I live in Bangalore - Bannehrghatta area. My connection id is 1102793001, recently my internet connection also 5 other connections in my apartment was also down more than 15 days, We all the guys keep calling to tikona customer every day at least 3 to 4 times to fix the problem, all the customer care people are crap, giving false promise, They will say that u will get call from in 1 hour time or tell the time so that our technical ppl will call u from mumbai, no one ever-never give a call. doesn’t care to fix the problem at all, all customer care ppl keeping please be patient, give us last chance we will solve ur problem. but the end result is utter waste of ur time.
The problem is with main setup from where all the connections are connected only good technical person can solve, after continuous call to customer and shouting from us, finally one technician came to solve the problem, now here the twist he is asking money as he fixed the prblm, which is supposed to be free service. I also inquired with technician why the service is such poor, why it took 15 days to arrive, they are facing severe man power shortage to address all the compliant made by the users.
The only positive thing I can say about tikona is speed, apart from that. every thing is waste.
Guys I sincerely advice you never take TIKONA CONNECTION, unless there is no other option for u. Its such unreliable connection.
Dont take Tikona connection if ur planning to work from home, u deeply regretted with un-reliable connection.
