Worst service in Chennai

Got the connection a month ago. Paid for three month upfront. Got disconnected 4-5 times. Customer care rectified it first time. Rest of the  time it connects after 8-10 hours.


Now its been three days and still its not rectified. Spoke to cc and they are amateur in understanding the complain. They want us to recheck all ports and are stupidest to the core repeating the same point again and again. They are not providing a complain number either. Do not answer for what we ask but repeat same wordings again and again. Worst service I have had ever.


Why he hell should I work and rectify the problem. Tikona, you are responsible to send an agent and rectify. You do it when we apply for a connection just because you get money. Now when there is a complain, I should get it rectified.


When I call for a complain why cant you share a complain number?
