I am using Tikona WiBro from two months and cheated like anything by this network agents who told convincingly about their network and mentioned fast internet speed with no disconnects and quick customer care response with no installation charges but demanded to pay 2 months in advance.
After taking their connection in first 15 days connection was okay but after that the internet speed reduced to kbs and faced a lot disconnects amd when I called customer care it got connected to customer executive after 10-15 minutes then they will dissconnect our call in the middle of conversation then again we need to call and have to inform the issue from the first. After reporting our complaint it takes 3 days them to process and after that it takes more 3 days for technician to rectify the issue.Feed up with this connection in a month but I have paid for 2 months forced to continue for 2nd month.
And they will be first in informing regarding the payment for next month . They start calling continuously 10 days before for payment.
