I have been using tikona broadband for 4 months. for 2 months I was really satisfied with it, until I start having issues ie; connection issues. I have 750 kbps value for money unlimited plan. connection problems arises whenever we download non-stop for 24 hours. connection will restore after 10-12 hrs. it seems tikona is limiting our usage. And I really hate that.
Once I called customer care for the problem and guess what they say? "sir we will send over our technician in 2 days. That is ridiculous. 2 days they cant be serious. I was expecting an instant support. it is really disappointing tikona.
Your primary goal should be providing satisfaction to your customer not by coming their money. Actually, I love tikona but it has started disappointing me.
