Its been 5 hrs since the connection of TIKONA Digital networks has been running but the connections seems not working at all. I booked a 2mbps connections but the download speed never seems to go beyond 25kbps. The browsing speed is very low, prob around 50kbps, so I mailed Tikona on their customer care ID and nodal ID.
They assured me that the issues would be resolved soon and a engineer visit was scheduled. Engineer came at my place and tested the equipment according to him the device at my place was faulty, so to replace that he left my premises and in next day morning new device was placed by Tikona Engineer.
