New Connection is not working from 20 days !!

Last two complain numbers:


Complain: 1-3486663622


Complain: 1-3487340159


I took new broadband connection on 2nd May, 2015.


After that if I connect to internet it works hardly for a minute and then it stops working. I called customer care executives and each time they said one line: "There is problem with the tikona device and it will get resolved by our technical team remotely in 2 hours"


I filed complains number of times and from last 15 days I am daily taking follow up.


Tikona Representative "SANDEEP JADEJA"(+919725501717) never picks up calls. He always switch off his mobile whenever I tried calling him. When he talked to me his answer was "Why you are calling me so many times?". He also told me that you can do whatever you can if you want to go with consumer forum. Such a RUDE answer!


I called customer care to cancel the connection but they were not even accepting the cancellation request. They just said that we will resolve the issue and again the same answer as I got each time: "There is problem with the tikona device and it will get resolved by our technical team remotely in 2 hours"


When it came to refund customer care gave me answer that "Sorry, regarding refund we dont know anything"


Tikona service is the worst service I ever have experienced.
