One of the worst broadband

I am amazed by the positive reviews Tiona WiBro has received on Mouthshut. It has been 3 months since I bought Tikona broadband and it is pathetic.

I have purchased 4Mbps plan. I have complained for at least 10 times during these 3 months about slow speed and disconnection. Customer service is very slow.

Frequent disconnection comes as a package.

I will suggest those who are buying Tikona to consult someone near you who has used Tikona previously.

Even you can check Tikona’s own forum to get a picture of how unreliable and pathetic service they provide.
