I took a new connection on 7/5/15. During installation your I requested your technician for router configuration as well. He said, my marketing executive(Siva- 9916811599) will do that. Now since that day, I have been requesting him, he is still delaying with today and tomorrow response.
This is really frustrating service. During installation you people kept on calling tirelessly, once connection was done, then even after 10 days of putting up the request for router configuration no body is turning up for router configuration. Your executives are so shameless that they are not even coming up on the call.
Mailed this issue to customer care team thrice since last three days, and apart from auto generated mail, there has been no conversation from there side. This is really frustrating, they have changed there attitude and stance just after adding a new connection.
