Plz guys dont use tikona, Its a fraud company.I want to share my experiences with reviewers.
- No connectivity or limited Access connection is the major issue with this service.
2.They will cheat you with the plan also.means they will say 80GB with 2MBPS then after speed will be 512 kbps.It always 100-200 kbps.there is nothing to do with the plans.
3.They provides low quality device .
4.If you call to customer support they will only listen they wont fix the problem.They will say what is written in the script.it means they are not knowledgeable or Qualified support officers. If you ask anything other than that script they will disconnect the call with telling "hello hello hello".If you will call again to put your points then "All Executives are busy " message will reflect.Its a very poor thing I h’v face in my life with any customer support.
5.In one things they are really good, That is reminding you for the payment.
So, guys its better to go with some other internet service provider than tikona.dont waste your precious money to this fraud and cheat company.
If any way you are taking this tikona my personal advice to you that whenever you call to customer support "Just ask the NAME and ID " of that customer support officer who is attending you.so that in future you can take action against them.
