Never ever go for this connection.

I and my roommates were Tikona wifi users for more than 9 months but due to the connectivity issue, we decided to disconnect this service.We called the customer support and asked them to disconnect our network but the agent from tinkona assured us that our issue will be get resolved and requested to keep using this network, we agreed to him but there was no improvement in service so we called support again and asked for disconnect the network and as usual they promised to get this fixed but this time we were not in any mood for any resolution as we have decided to get new service provider, but the agent put our call on hold and we waited for his response and waited for his response but for 10 minutes the call was on hold so we have to disconnect the phone.


So for a week every time we called them they put our call on hold and don’t un-hold the call and we have to disconnect the call but fortunately one day we called him and didn’t give the permission to put our call on hold and told that we are moving back to our hometown but still the agent was not ready to disconnect our services, we told them that we won’t be paying bill if you don’t disconnect our connection, so he agreed to disconnect our connection, However, we are still getting bill for every month and we don’t know what to do.


If you have tikona connection just for fun try to ask them to disconnect your connection and they won’t let you disconnect.Tikona is now your lifetime subscription as your Internet service provider


So for those who are looking for new internet service provider, I request you to no go for Tikona as:


-Internet Speed is good for nothing


-You cant work from home as there connection is not reliable


-Service and support is good for nothing they are gust salses agents
