I am using tikona broadband since last one year first one year my internet speed was good( around 1Mbps)
4month before I change my plan to 2mbps but now I am getting speed around 20kbps in day and night but in noon time speed was good I told to the supplier and also customer care representative but till now no possible activity is happen

for this reason I would like to change the service provider and also recommend my friends circle to don’t go with Tikona broadband at any cost
and also request u all friends to don’t go with Tikona service provider
Today I am fedup my speed is just 10kbps
for this I have to pay 1000 rs per month I dont was the service they provide very bad network and customer service
