Discussing about which ISP shall it go with, one of my friends at Dell(my workplace) referred me to Tikona. After doing a lot of online research to get an internet service which would fulfill my general requirements to be online, I chose to try the Tikona WiBro. I have got this connection installed at my place a year ago without any hassle or much efforts. The connection has been working with the correct subscribed speed. Overall a satisfactory connection.
Pros:
Internet Speed & affordable Packages one can trust upon.
Simple billing & payment options.
Cons:
Since it is WiBro wherein a rooftop device is installed mostly outside the premises it may have problems and the resolution at times depends upon the availability of the onsite technicians in which one can face delay in resolution. Although not completely reliable, as there are also problems in the tower relaying the signals, service is interrupted at times. Regards,
