My user Id is "113317099".Tikona executive took all instrument of internet on 19 June 2015 from my house.
Receipt is attached in email.
According to Tikona Area Manger and Retention Team my internet is not working because of GSM tower near to my House.
My question is from Tikona Installation team why they installed internet in my house after knowing about GSM tower.
It’s showing complete negligence of Installation Team of Tikona.
My internet works only for one day and after that I raised my concern in Tikona customer care on 19 May 2015 with Complaint No. 1-3493413198.
I want my all money back that is Rs 2, 247.00(2 month internet charge+ installation charge.).
Please do my F&F ASAP.
