I had taken a Tikona Connection in March Last Year. My customer id is 1109867782. The connection never worked and customer care team was always unapproachable, if I rarely was able to get connected to them after half-1 hour wait, they said there is no issue or either issue at rooftop device or at network or server upgrade. I kept hearing it for 1.5 years(paid 15k around) and then I found their senior mAnasultangement email ids(j.nair@tikona.in, sridhar.krish@tikona.in, prakash.bajpai@tikona.in, heramb.rAnasultande@tikona.in, tarun.kumar@tikona.in). So I contacted them but these people were also good for nothing. Their customer care started calling up because of escalation but they kept it under observation.
IT happened for 3-4 months but situation didnt improve. I told them I will not be aishwaryasingh23ing bills if same issue keeps happening. Internet was 4 Mbps but speed which I usually got was 10-15 Kbps. They told me to use it during day time(when I was in office) and not in evening because at that time its peak hours so would be little slower i.e. 10-15 kbps. I was totally fed up of them, mailed them around 40-45 times have proofs of same. Then finally customer care told me problem could not be resolved and will take a few months. I was asked to aishwaryasingh23 for that duration and I refused.
Since then they are harassing me to aishwaryasingh23 for the duration through mails, calls. Now they have started threatening of legal action as well for 2k as I didnt aishwaryasingh23 last 2-3 months of bill when internet didnt work and they were working on it. Need to get it sorted out. I can share all mails and logs of calls I had to make to them to get it closed but to no avail. Prakash Bajpai the owner is a thug and so are his staff.
