WORST OF ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS, IT SUCKS

Their sales guy somehow give a successful demo and it is only after payment that you come to know that Tikona sucks. Their technical staff came after a week and checked for signal and said the connection wont be feasible as it is not near access point.


I have been sending mails after mails for refund but they dont respond.I have called them 20-25 times but their customer service is simply outrageous.They just keep on repeating the same thing and ask me to send mails again.They are even billing me every month and I get calls asking for payments.I have sent six mails for refund and called n-number of times but no help.Their customer support staff is just for the heck of it.


People staying near the access point may benefit but majority of people are not covered by their access points.In my case they said the adjacent building is taller than my mine and wont catch the signal.


So, if you are planning to get their connection then take at least 2-3 demos on different days before conforming and log-in and log-out at least 2-3 times to check for connection feasibility.A little trouble initially will save any future hiccups.So, act smart.But then going by the amount of bad-word and complaints about Tikona, I wont recommend it.


Update:   -These people are billing me every month.Their December bill shows usage of 3GB and for January another 8 GB usage is shown.I do not understand where is the question of usage when the device is not installed.Either they are generating false usage or, maybe the Tikona CEO might have downloaded stuff( you know what kind of stuff) for that 8+3 GB.That may be his way of relieving his frustration for running such a gruesome, pathetic and unproductive organisation.These people call me every second day demanding payment and every time it’s a different person.I wonder why am I being harassed when I have not even used their service.I think consumer court is the only way out.
