I used Tikona for an year. I must say its connection was never stable, it worked for two days and then it is gone . I had to call the customer care to get the connection. The customer care is mostly useless, they pick up after a long wait or sometimes dont even pick up.
My connection was not there for the more than half of the month and after repeated call to the customer it was not fixed; still they had the nerve to ask for the whole months bill.
They threatened us with legal notice. I in turn told them since I have used for 10 days in a month why should I pay for the whole month. I paid them for a month and asked them to take their modem and appliance from my premises.
They also send a person to collect the money but we refused to give.They should be aggressive in giving good service to their customers and not shameless enough to ask free money from their customers. A good company should not try to corn its own customers.I will not recommend any one to go for Tikona.
