Mu tikona ID is 1112004388 and I have taken 2 MBPS speed package
This is My second Complaint as mouthshut doesnt allow to give 2 reviews for same company. and there should be an option on half star.
I am facing the speed issue from last 5 days and always getting the response that it will get resolved within 1 to 3 hrs but it is never resolved and no one showed up to call customer care first I had to call 6-7 times on toll free number to get connected for technical assistance and then had to wait at least 10 to 15 mins to connect the executive.
While keeping on hold they ask to call on a tolled number to connect faster. that means we are that stupid that first Pay TIKONA for such pathetic services and after Paying them we should Pay our Mobile bills also! SOOOOO Smart Ha . . . .:x
After going through all this I just get an oral confirmation that it will get resolved within few hrs. And promised with a callback . . . .Which never comes until and unless we post our compliments online
The issue which I GET is mainly due to the device on my rooftop(As they say). A Tikona technician once TOld me that when they get new connection in same area they replace the device of an older connection who is not getting any trouble.I asked him "Why Play soooo cheap?". He replied "the Company dont provide us new hardware so they dont Have any option left as the HO puts continuous pressure on us to complete installation without New Hardware Supplies"
Then I spoke with a sales person of Tikona, you wont believe what reply I got. he said "We got continuous pressure to do sales and get more customers. but believe me Sir there is no support with us from our Head office. His manager and upper Management is not at all worried about Customer complaints and do not support us to resolve them. They are just worried about the sales numbers. We have to face customer while collecting money from they and they call us only. We need to secure our Jobs, so we switch rooftop devices for new clients so they get good speed in the beginning and after few days he starts getting problems as we have to switch the rooftop devices after our responsibility gets over. We remain with no choice"
Instead of investing too much in reversing Payments and Keeping their reputation up for some time, Why dont they Buy new devices so discard the last one.
Everyone is so careless that it seems like customer is the last thing for Tikona to worried about. As A prepaid customer what choice we left with?
