I’ll try to sum up my experience with Tikona in Delhi region over a period of 6 months’ time:-
Speed: I took a 4 mbps connection, but never got 4 mbps, maximum I got was 3 mbps that was too once in a blue moon.
Connectivity: They have a very outdated login system, wherein one has to enter login and password repeatedly over the day.
Down-Time: When I started using in April’15 the connection wouldn’t work 50% of the days in the month, now it has been reduced to 20% of the days, but for a guy who needs internet everyday 20% just wouldn’t do that’s why disconnected in November month.
Customer Care: Use to have waiting period of about an hour but now the customer service has improved a lot.
Price: This is the only lucrative part about the connection that it costs around 50% of the Airtel subscription, but then you have to face twice as many issues as compared to other connection.
I just couldn’t bear repeated down time and complaints lodging that’s why. Only recommend for those who don’t need to use internet everyday and download in bulk.
