Before I start with Tikona review, I would like to say I have used Sify Broadband, Tata Indicom Broadband and Airtel Broadband over the last half a dozen years, and the experience with Airtel has been the most painful. When Tikona responded to my call for a review connection to test the service, I was very happy and was very excited to experience what the new wireless-broadband hype has been all about.
I got free demo from the tikona engineer, was impressed with the demo offer by them and very next day agreed for installation. I’m using the Tikona ADULM4096 plan, which is the fully loaded monthly tariff package offering. As a part of this plan, they offer 4Mbps broadband speeds, and it clearly looks like it has no Fair Usage Policy limits on it. Performance of the Tikona connection since this was a 4 Mbps plan, it was very good speed compared to my previous Airtel connection. I took a speed test from utorrent I was getting the speed that was promised to me.
All in all my happy with the Tikona service.
