I had its wifi services in sector 10a, gurgaon. That was the worst experience I had in my life.
There was also a time where tikona wasnot working for about 1 month, Although It waved off, but that month was very tough. After coming from office I started calling customer support( toll free, really bad respinse from this number) . It always takes 1-2 hours. As I need to explain the whole story again nd again.
There was not even a single month in which it didn’t stopped.
And suppose if it stops working, a min. Of 1 day was necessary.
