I live in Madipakkam, Chennai and I got a new connection yesterday 699 pm, 2 mbps. The connection doesn’t stay online for more than few seconds.
When I look at Resource Monitor, the incoming data is steady for few seconds and completely shuts down for few seconds. This makes torrent download, youtube uploading a disaster. completely sucks. Videos streams fast for few seconds and stops, then resumes randomly.
Don;t go for it.
