Please do not even consider getting Tikona- as pro active as they might be in chasing after you to become a subscriber, if you ever need anything from them after you have made the mistake of purchasing their service, you will never ever get it.
Getting a connection re-located within Mumbai has been such a nightmare (and it is still not done btw) that I have decided to get it disconnected. It has been the most harrowing and unpleasant experience. Their executives and engineers are nincompoops who do not know what professionalism or efficiency is - and on top of it they are impolite, rude and sound extremely disinterested when you talk to them. I wouldn’t give it even a below average rating. I regret the day I got this service and would love to vandalize every outlet they have.
