They have zero communication between there executives and service engineers. we applied for new connect 2 weeks ago still its not done! there field engineers are unprofessional and very rude. they didn’t have any manners how to talk with there client> Tikona says they are very professional in there field . what kind of professionalism is it? worst and very very frustating experience with TIKONA. highly not reccomanded. I think local broadband providers are much better than TIKONA.
