The company is going bankrupt. Stay away

I booked connection 6 months back. Till now I have sent them 200+ emails and multiple phones but there has been no response or resolution. This is such a waste of time.


Their  person took 1800 for connection. After some time he came and informed that we need to put modem and took another 1500.Since then he stopped picking call and customer support also stopped responding.


I finally caught this guy on road and when I asked him he told me that they have been asked to do 100 such cases by company per month to get salaries. I was shocked. I called up customer support and complained but they said they only received 1800 INR. I asked them to put the connection but they have not done anything so far. I have finally decided to move to consumer court to teach these guys a lesson.
