Tikona broadband company is a cheat.
The speed is pathetic not in mbps(4 mbps which they claim) but in 350/700 kbps.
I have taken 30 GB plan but not able to complete 1 GB since 21 days.
I am repeatedly requesting them to cancel the connection.
I sent an email to CEO prakash.bajpai@tikona.in?; customercare@tikona.in and customer care still no response.
This is my horrible experience in my life time.
Please don’t try the internet connection given by this company they know how to cheat & frustrate the customer only.
The customer care of tikona is world’s worst service I ever seen.
