I had a tikona connection. I have already paid entire balance amount is Sep-2016 only and one of TIKONA collection agent has already collected the Device also. He was so much arrogant and was saying that "AAJ TOH TUMAHRA CONNECTION BAND KARKE HI RAHOONGA. AAP PAYMENT KARO AUR YE ACCOUNT MAIN CLOSE KARTA HOON." At that time he said now your connection is terminated and you won’t be charged a single rupee. I trusted him and gave him device and all money due till date. Then I called Tikona Toll free number to tell the same and said the entire story. they said " Sir we will take of this employee. Please don’t lodge any complaint".
Now today I am getting calls from TIKONA lawyer that Tikona has filed complaint on me. He called my father, my ex-employee to say this. I don’t know why tikona has logged such case against me even if I PAID all amount.What is my mistake? I didn’t logged police complaint against Tikona Collection Agent or TIKONA by trusting the word of TIKONA support guy but it is now going against me.
Please help me to get out this situation. My father is an heart patient and he can not hold such things.
