I recently shifted to NCR and desperately need internet connection. Thereby got easily persuaded(moreover fooled) by these Tikona guys for providing reliable broadband internet services. For a while the internet service was tolerable but the log-in errors and slow broadband speed were the frequent issues that annoyed me constantly.
When I connected to their customer service support for help and to resolve the issues, I found the process really sluggish and pathetic. You will feel lucky that if they will pick-up your call in 15-20 minutes and then nothing organized - no coordination between the internal team, keep you on long holds and time-consuming process to forward your request to next level. It was my biggest mistake that I invested my time and money in TIKONA internet services. I would suggest no one to use the Tikona broadband services. It is completely disgusting & INCORRIGIBLE!
