Its been 15 Minutes I am on call with tikonadigitalnetwork The "The expected wait time is one minute. Your connection is being tested by our automated system, Thereafter our engineer will talk to you to resolve the problem. Kindly hold the line. You call is important to us".
However I was calling to know my disconnection closure request. Surprised that they do not have any window to do so.
I emailed several times on a very reputed person snair@tikona.in all in vain. Neither my problem is being resolved nor they want to close this account. Technical support have committed to send an engineer within 4 hours and close this problem. but this is a pre defined statement from customer care !!!
complaint number 1-2341813461 dated 5th June. complaint Number 1-2334519569 - 30 May 2012, 1-2319099446 - 19th May.
All are unresolved and I received a message that my service complaint 1105957981 has been resolved !!
