A bunch of cheaters, please boycott them

Hi,


I had taken this new tikona connection on 12th June 2012.


Since then, I have just been struggling, kind of punished for my mistake of opting for this provider for my internet connection.


Firstly, they registered my mobile number incorrectly, after calling them 4 times, finally they corrected it.


Secondly, I had subscribed for the plan ADCB499, and what they registered for me was an under priced useless ADBB449 plan.


When I complained to change my plan, they said we can’t because your connection is still not active.


Till now I have talked to 12 people, but nothing is happening.


After 8 days, a guy comes to my home, sets up the connection, and doesn’t activates my account.


I am really really fed up of their service


When asked for refund, they said that it takes 45 working days to get your money back, which simply means no refund at all.


Please I’d like to request you all, boycott this provider, teach him a lesson that customers faith is equally important.


By going for this cheap provider to save on money, we’re doing nothing but simply attracting trouble for future.

So here I have some more updates:


finally I logged in for the first time on 21st June 2012.


The notification said, my next bill is due on 7th July 2012 ???


How can this be even possible, when I paid Rs.1200 which included 1  months rent and installation charges. When called and asked about it,  they said that’s how the billing cycle works.


I have  never seen this kind of cheating, and shameless company in my life, I  literally felt like to abuse that guy, but I knew its of no use, its  their business, that’s how they make money.


People one  thing for sure, if tikona is able to provide internet at this cheap rate  its because of all this cheating techniques that they use, please be  aware of them, I don’t want any other person to suffer what I went  through.
