Sorry to tell you but you guys suck, we have taken your plan of 512 mbps and have paid for six months already. when we took this service last month just for couple of days it was running ok. But now to download 348 kbps time shows is 21 mins.
this really sucks, cant upload anything cant download anything. Please explain what is this service for and what are we paying for? FRUSTRATION?????????
When we call your customer care wait time is 1hr. 3 mins. just too great right?????????
First pay all in advance & then dont get any assistance nor can speak to any one. Please let me know what will you rate your company as??????????? THIRD Grade or any other grade below THIRD Grade?????????
Please explain us. For your understanding and reference I am attaching the screen shot. Hope you take this seriously and do something rather then just taking money from people and ruining your companys name.

Right now maybe you guys may be having good customer base, but with the type of treatment you guys give your customer, believe me you guys will stand no where in just near future, as customer can be fooled once but not always.
