Tikona is providing services at cheaper rates. Is it correct?
No.
Because it is not providing services which are promised in the plan like I have a 300 kbps plan and I get only 150 kbps. And download speed comes to less than 20 kb per sec. or some times less than 5 kb per sec.
It is not that they can do something about this. They just promise to resolve the problem ASAP. They don’t have any urgency on issue resolution. Don’t just expect the issue resolution in couple of days or ever.
Writing a review on Sunday. because I can do anything else on this network speed.
Very poor- If you want to do some office work or other important work. Just don’t go for TIKONA.
