I am fed up of my internet connection provided by TIKONA WIBRO.
There are many problem with Tikona WIBRO internet like Low Bandwidth and Limited Connectivity.
I had many time called Tikona Customer regarding the same. They said we will send engineer and they have send the 4 – 5 Service Engineers to my home in next 3-6 days to solve this problem but they are unable to solve my problem.
And they had given the false commitment we will solve your problem within the 2 – 3 days.
They said please relocate the Internet Broadband Gateway. I had also done this but my issues are remaining the same. I had relocated Internet Broadband Gateway to my gallery but it doesn’t improve the speed.
TIKONA WIBRO also provided me the Antenna for your Internet Broadband Gateway. But it is useless, it dosent improve the speed.
I had also checked the speed on my laptop and neighbor’s desktop & nearby area but there also I get Low Bandwidth and Limited Connectivity.
I had also many time called your Service Manager Mr. Jain & Mukesh(Sales Guys) at Bhandup Office regarding the Same but he is very busy guy so he has not giving support to your Internet Service.
