Fraud

My Tikona ID is 1112330196. I used Tikona for few months in Bangalore, since I am transferred to Andhra Pradesh I requested them to disconnect on 30th March 2015, till date they didn’t disconnected and started sending bill to me for the service which I am not using.


They just want to make money out of our pockets doing unethical business.You cant get in touch with customer care it keeps make you wait telling you are in Que. I called 100 times and lost so much money as call charges. I will receive 5 system generated calls reminding bill payment, what I will speak with System? I would have spoke with at least 10 executives and begged them to disconnect, I also told I am not gonna pay the bill for the days I am not using.


Still all executives were fraud, they told I wont be charged but finally I am charged with Rs.1500 for not using service. Now I am lodging complaint in consumer court.


They will never disconnect your service. I did a mistake choosing this service.
