I will not recommend this to anyone in Kanpur. My location is Awas vikas no 3, Panki road, Kalyanpur, Kanpur. Near Pani ki tanki and next to Archies school. Been charged upfront for 6 months and speed I signed up for is 100 mbps.
don’t fall for Tikona Services.
I really would like to complain about them charging this high and providing pathetic customer service. Charged me upfront 4600(for 6 months and said 3 additional months will be free so lets see) and been two months using it. Coverage and speed is okay okay. but the issue is connectivity. you willhave to give 20 mins daily to login again n again to get connected . it will automatically get disconnected by all devices then you will have to do whole course. like restart router then sit on your laptop n then keep trying connecting for another 15-20 mins. this will be your daily thing.
I will not recommend anyone this daily basis hassle to anyone. go for other operators. like exitel or commway. they are providing better services.
