I have got Tikona wimax installed in 8 months before. It ran good for the first month and since then it has been big trouble. I have a 2 Mbps till 10 GB and 512 after that but I hardly get 100-300 kbps speed, that too is most of the times down. It works okay sometimes and gets worse almost at evening and night time. I have been raising complaints almost everyday from the past 3 months to their call centers to listen the computer voice for more than 5-8 minutes and the customer support executive will say it will be resolved in 24 hours but nothing has happened till date.


I hope today also I will call the Tikona and will waste my 30 mins. To listen to the customer support executive will say ur problem will get resolved by tomorrow. Very disappointing connection I have used so far. Now I’m wondering BSNL is so far good than Tikona.
