I changed to Tikona almost an year ago & was very happy with the smooth instillation, the service so far has been spot on. If you get a problem the easiest way is to post the problem on their forum with your user id and contact number, it’s a much quicker that way to get your problem resolved, and in fairness I have never had that many problems.
The speed is awesome, connection is reliable, customer care is responsible and knowledgeable and their plans affordable...
