I strongly recommend NOT to go with Tikona internet service. I had a very bad experience with them. I had a plan of 2 MB and service was kind of fine initially. however, It just took them one week to show their real service speed was as slow as 500 kbps.
I made several calls to them and there were no response from them... and after several calls their technician visited my place and fixed the speed but temporarily but problem started again and this time it was never ending... finally I had to get rid of Tikona
