I have taken a new connection 3 month back, till date I am facing problem.
Daily I am complaining about the speed to customer care and they always say that the execute will call back me in 4 hours and most of times no call back from them.
They have sent an executive after lot of follow up. They first open speedtest.net and it is showing us 20 Mbps at the very first time later in few minutes shows less than 2 Mbps.
Most of the times getting error while showing the upload speed, even the execute saw this but no use. He says there is some work going on in my area.
When I raised a request to cancel the connection, they stopped replying me.
Please guide me what I need to do.
I strongly recommend, not to go with Tikona, it is not Tikona, it is Horrible way.
