I am another victim of Tikona Fraud service. I subscribed Tikona WiBro service in Pune, initially after setup service was ok, later the speed drops were frequent. Constant followup with Customercare does nothing. Finally I asked them to discontinue the service. A guy with Tikona id came & collected modem & antenna given by Tikona, when I asked for receipt, he said, it will be communicated by tikona office.
Six months later got a call from Delhi number, a person who introduced himself as lawyer saying a complaint is against me in Delhi Court for not returning modem. The modem, Tikona guy collected it from me, is now missing & as per Tikona, it is stolen by me. WOW.
He shared a link with me which took me to open ended form on Tikona site(where amount was a field & I have to fill in amount I am said to).
I paid 2, 500 Rs. as so called fine for the crime I never did, as I do not want to mess up with so call court complaints. After searching around I found many such victims on Social Network.
Seriously fraud company never ever go for this.
