although it would take more than enough space provided here to express the ordeal I have gone through, but I am writing this painful piece of experience with TIKONA mustering all my courage. It all started since 16th may 2015 when I took their broadband connection. It then went through vicious cycle of no speed, no response of our complaints, filed disconnection complaints but instead of disconnecting, they kept on assuring us the better future which I can’t see in my next life vis-a-vis this company.
they came 2 months late after my disconnection request to take their machines, and told me that my payment was alright, but after 1 month they started threatening and harassment calls to pay Rs. 825 for July and August during which I haven’t used any.

never take tikona connection near patel nagar, rajendar nagar and shadipur area.
