Harassment after disconnecting the services

I  was using tikona for 6 months(ID 1110566152). I applied for disconnection in the month of December. And disconnection happened at 27/01/2015 after calling them so many times.


But on 19 March I got a call from an advocate Anjana stating that you need to dues some amount(She has not mentioned amount) or else there will be a warrant issued against you in a day. She was not even willing to answer my queries. I called tikona support service but there is not response from them.


I called the advocate again but her phone was not getting through. This is totally unacceptable.


Heed my advice. Never take any service from Tikona. They will harass you after disconnecting the services. This happened with my friend in the last month and he is living in  the same society where I am.


Update 20th March 2015


I got call from Tikona customer care executive stating that 100/- are pending from your side, Pay that amount asap, we will send you clearance report after payment receipt.


I asked him why didn’t anyone get in touch with me since last couple of months if is there any amount pending from my side.


Anyway I paid that bill and got attached email. Just wondering that Advocates who are issuing warrants, using rude language and fighting case for mere 100/- bucks?
