I have been "trying" to use the Tikona internet connection for the past one week.
Use Tikona if you want:
100kbps speed instead of 2Mbps that you paid for
Internet connection spontaneously stops working or doesn’t connect to begin with.
Abysmal quality of customer care.
It is interesting how a customer tells you that you cannot sue for poor quality of connection or how they cannot fix the problems altogether or how they cannot refund anything
I am left wondering why I have paid more than Rs. 2000 for such shoddy service.
