Hello all, I got two connections from tikona, when they did the feasibility test the speed was very good and paid 4k for both connections from the next day onwards it did not work totally. We need to call the customer service, for which most of the times we have to wait for minimum of 10 to 15 mins, else the call will get cut in half way.
You can write a mail but there wont be any reply. I spoke with all possible folks, around 6 technicians visited my home nothing worked out and finally said the connection is not feasible here. They declared this 2 months later after a long struggle and worst part is you wont get any refund also as they say we installed, you used 2 months etc etc. Moral of the story by getting the connection its total waste of money, time and energy. These were my connection id’s 1112775168 and 1112775702 and its in Chennai Annanagar.
