Worst service provider on this planet

I applied for the installation of 10 mbps 60 gb plan on 30th december 2016 and without demo that guy installed saying that there will be no issues and I will get everything as per plan so I paid 2198 amout but I never recieved the speed more than 2 mbps then I called the guy about the issue but he told that it is the initial issue which may arise so you can use the service but same issue continued even after 24 hours then I called him back but he told me that he has raised the issue and he came to know that there is a network problem in the area so you can use it.Then I used the services but same problem continued.Then I called on the help line and that IVR registered the complain and after 2-3 hours I received the msg that your case has been resolved but there was no improvement.Then I called back on the same no. then I got connected the customer care executive who wasted my time and in the mean time my call got disconnected as the helpline no. is chargeable.Then I recharged and called back then I was assigned with an engineer who visited my place and checked the connection using different devices and different location and then he told me that AP is not in the direction facing in the direction of my house so it is not catching the signal and they have raised the issue which will be addressed by their area manager and the direction of AP will be changed and some engineer will come and will do the required.But the same day I received the msg that your case has been resolved and closed and I was in a state of shock after seeing this msg because after the time engineers visited my connection was lost and I was not even getting connected to internet.Then I called the customer care executive twice and both wasted my time and money as they were unable to understand the issue then I understood is better to complaint using my registered email id but I didn’t receive any reply.(And as I was cheated by that initial visited guy about my plan cycle as he told that plan will work for 30 days but I was provided with 15th of each month for payment that means that I had to do anything before 15th only)


So I decided to get this disgusting service before 15th and called to the customer care then they told me to call from the registered no. but they told me to call from registered no. and as my registerd no was in roaming and I was unable to call from that no. as the helpline is chargeable so I requested them to transfer the call to their senior as they don’t transfer call to senior without registered no.Then I mailed from my registered no . for disconnection and refund of the amount and after about 3 weeks my connection has been disconnected but my amount has not been refunded.


So if I conclude I have been charged 2198 which include special charge of installation for 10 mbps. LOL. And I hardly used 12 gb in 6 days as they told me to use it.And additionally around 350 rs got wasted in calling to their bullship service centre.   Please beaware before taking any service from TIKONA broadband as they are the biggest cheaters and worst service provider ever.
