I am staying in Mumbai and many a times on Internet every day even on Sundays, I would say out of 24 hours I am connected with internet almost 18 hours a day since working with different timezones. Previously before shifting to a new house I use to have Airtel as my broadband- which I would say a big brand if compared with Tikona. But in terms of services, cost, Internet plans, speed which Airtel used to provide was worst.
I used Airtel services from past 3 years was fed up with slow internet speed and their poor customer service. so planned to switched to Tikona as it was recommended by my friend who is using the same. Till now I hardly had issue less than 5 times in this 2 month and I know is too early to judge hope it will not let me down. Normally my preferable speed is 2 MBPS since at a time I open more than 5 10 applications at a times. I wanted to have the same kind of connectivity - which can work continuously with less hassles to connect, no matter if the speed is less some times which I’m getting it from Tikona wifi, also I feel it has a good customer support and brand which can fulfill my internet needs. I would give 3 Star since the base of internet connectivity is good.
