Poor professionals, poor after sales service.

Installation was not proper. The external modem moved, because of slight winds, and the connection does not work anymore. The phone number contact which came for installation was switched off. So I contacted the guy who initially conducted the installation and he behaved so badly. Horribly professional. He said he would come at 5pm and then after repeated phone calls he ssay he could not make it. Mr. Bharati then blamed his manager for his absence. And this continued for two days.


I registered a complaint- 1-3248845616 and the call center exec told me, my complaint was escalated and it would be resolved in 24 hours. But I did not get any call from any installation guy. It has been 48 hours and my problem is not resolved.


So I have paid 3000rs for tikona broadband, but I have no internet. I wonder if you(tikona)will have the decency to refund my money if you do not fix this issue by tomorrow. User ID number   1111323428
